RECOMMENDED OUT OF AUTOCLAVE CURING CYCLES
2 h at 100 oC (Tg 120 oC)
3 h at 90 oC (Tg 115 oC)
12 h at 80 oC (Tg 110 oC)
5 h at 80 oC (Tg 105 oC)
18 h at 70 oC (Tg 100 oC)

RECOMMENDED OUT OF AUTOCLAVE PROCEDURE
  1. Apply maximum vacuum pressure from the start of the curing cycle, using one vacuum valve per sqm of surface area. Maintain a high vacuum level, typically around 980 mbar.
  2. Place monitoring thermocouples on the surface to control curing cycle,  in areas with the highest thermal mass or slowest heating rate.
  3. Increase the temperature at a controlled rate of 1 °C/min from room temperature to 80 °C.
  4. Maintain the cure temperature at 80 °C.
  5. Start the curing cycle dwell once the slowest monitoring thermocouple reaches 80 °C.
  6. Hold the dwell for 300 minutes.
  7. After curing, cool at a controlled rate of 1–2 °C/min to either room temperature or 30 °C, whichever is higher.

For recommended curing cycles and process descriptions of other methods, please refer to the Technical Data Sheet.
