High performance epoxy laminating system SR1700/SD2806 with fast hardener
 
Each kilo includes 0.72 kg resin + 0.28 kg hardener
 
High modulus, very stiff system, with low water absorption when cured and excellent adhesion to all types of reinforcements (carbon, aramid, glass etc). This system was developed for automotive, naval, and aerospace applications.
 
The 2806 and 2803 hardeners can be mixed in any proportion to achieve the required reactivity. The fast hardener 2806 offers fast laminate hardening at ambient temperature from 10 to 40 oC / 50 to 104 oF and can be slowed down by 2803. Good mechanical properties are achieved after room temperature curing, awesome after post curing.
 
Fast hardener SD2806
Fast reactivity, short working time, for laminating thin composites. Awesome mechanical properties, parts can be released after 24 hours at 18 oC / 64.4 oF. Mechanical properties are optimized by post-curing at 50-55 oC / 122-131 oF. Designed for the manufacturing of high performance composites, with a service temperature up to 70-80 oC / 158-176 oF.
